Aloha Babies (Ages 6 Months-3 Years Old)
Parent & child: Student/Coach Ratio 6:1
Introduction to the water environment, the purpose of the Parent & Child program is to promote water safety knowledge in the pool and the ability for practices at home. Aquatic adjustment and swimming readiness skills will provide fun and an enjoyment atmosphere in the water. Children will gain participant socialization and parent involvement.

Kai Kids (Ages 3 and up)
Beginner - No experience or have a fear of water: Student/Coach Ratio 4:1
In the water environment the child will learn to blow bubbles successfully and have full submersions at some point. Bubbles don't work for every child, humming will also be taught, in the event of surprise the child will learn not to drink water. Children will be introduced to floating body balance, kicking and arm circles (front/back). Survival swim skills and independence will be taught.

Waikiki Kids
Advanced Beginner - Some experience with water: Student/Coach Ratio 4:1
For this class child must have mastered forward motion from the step to the instructor, with the ability to swim in small breaths and no ability to breathe on their own. Breath control and body position will be developed for more independence. Floating will develop their water comfort. Front and back kicking will be strengthened will equipment and drills. Basics of Freestyle "pop up Breathing" will be introduced and back stroke will be introduced. Diving for rings will be developed to the bottom of the pool and deeper areas of the pool. Gain strength and confidence in the water along with their social skills.

Omaka Kids
Stroke- Introduction: Student/Coach Ratio 4:1

Maui Madness ***AQUATIC INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL NEEDED
Intermediate – Stroke Introduction
: Student/Coach Ratio 4:1
Child must possess somewhat mastered 'side breathing', streamlines, and front/back kicking. Focus on mastering freestyle and back stroke. Advancing breaststroke and introducing butterfly. The majority of the class will be swimming the length of the pool with equipment and strokes. Children will work on breath expansion and well as building up endurance to length swimming.

Big Kahunas ***AQUATIC INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL NEEDED
Advanced - Stroke Development: Student/Coach Ratio 4:1
Able to swim freestyle, backstroke, beginner breastroke, and beginner butterfly. Class will develop drill work for front/back kicking. Continue advancing breastroke and butterfly. Proper kicking, breath control and streamlines are still a must. Standing and racing dives introduced and mastered. Swimming drills will be introduced to enhance the child's swimming endurance and effectiveness.

Hawaiian Surfers ***AQUATIC INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL NEEDED
ADVANCED STROKE-PRE SWIM TEAM: Student/Coach Ratio 6:1
Pre swim team class, children must be able to swim all 4 strokes freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Swim team drills will be applied to help master strokes and well as provide an efficient work out to meet the child's over all wellness needs. Flip turns and racing starts and dives will be practiced. Endurance and confidence gained. Even with no desire to do swim team, class provides great work out. This class is perfect for maintaining fitness between other sports.
